- Uploaded files: 3D model files (STL, 3MF, OBJ) you submit for optimization, and the output files we generate for you

Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data such as which quality profiles and output formats you select, and how many files you optimize each month, used to enforce your plan's usage limits
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC — these are handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

- To create and manage your account
- To process your uploaded files and generate optimized output files
- To process payments and maintain records of your purchases
- To enforce plan usage limits
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests

- Stripe, Inc. — to process payments
- Our infrastructure providers (hosting and server providers) — solely to operate the Service

Uploaded model files and generated output files are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and may be deleted periodically from our processing servers.

7. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — for example, to keep you logged in and to remember your selected site language. We do not use these cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
