Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlicerTune.com (the "Service"), operated by TEKNOMAX LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901 ("SlicerTune," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SlicerTune is an online tool that allows users to upload 3D model files (STL, 3MF, or OBJ) and receive an optimized, print-ready output file (G-code, 3MF, or repaired STL) generated automatically based on a selected quality profile. The Service does not manufacture, print, ship, or physically produce anything — it produces a digital file intended for use with the customer's own 3D printer.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone number, and address) and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

SlicerTune plans are sold as a one-time, lifetime payment — not a recurring subscription. Once purchased, a plan grants lifetime access to the Service subject to the monthly usage limit and quality levels associated with that plan, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in USD or TRY depending on your selected site language and are charged in that currency. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your payment card details.

5. Monthly Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly limit on the number of files that may be optimized. Usage resets on a monthly basis. Unused monthly usage does not roll over or accumulate. Upgrading to a higher plan requires purchasing that plan separately.

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the 3D model files you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant SlicerTune a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and transform Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and process Your Content, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

We do not claim ownership of your models or the files we generate for you. Uploaded files and generated outputs may be temporarily stored on our servers to provide the Service and are not sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for their own use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or generate files for models that: (a) infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right; (b) depict illegal weapons, weapon components restricted by applicable law, or other prohibited items; (c) are intended to harm, defraud, or deceive any person; or (d) violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. No Guarantee of Print Success

SlicerTune applies automated, general-purpose optimization settings based on the quality profile you select and our analysis of your model's geometry. We do not guarantee that any output file will print successfully on your specific printer, with your specific filament, or under your specific environmental conditions. Print outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to printer calibration, filament quality, and ambient conditions. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated files before printing and for any material, time, or equipment costs resulting from a failed print.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and responsive but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEKNOMAX LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of materials, printer downtime, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; because plans are one-time lifetime purchases, discontinuing use does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last modified" reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
